Elizabeth supports our Public Finance and Economic Development Practice Group, which represents many New York state agencies and local governments throughout the state of New York. The team is known for devising creative solutions with clients in both the public and private sectors to propel large development projects forward and ensure their successful completion.

As an intern in the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, Elizabeth assisted with trial and grand jury preparation for felonies, researched legal questions pertaining to new discovery laws and grand jury procedure, and drafted legal memoranda on probable cause to ensure defendants constitutional rights were upheld.

Upon law school graduation, Elizabeth was awarded the William R. Greiner “Committed Humility” Award, which is presented to the student in the graduating class who exemplifies an openness to the opinions of others, humane compassion for individuals, a sense of perspective and proportion, a love of humor and irony, and, most importantly, an acceptance of personal fallibility.
