Ibrahim’s practice couples labor and employment litigation with strategic and day-to-day employment law counseling for business owners, executives and human resources professionals.

Among his litigation experience, Ibrahim represents employers through the full scope of employment law claims, including unlawful terminations, workplace harassment, discrimination and retaliation, disputes over employee family and medical leave, unpaid wage or benefits claims, and litigation over employment and non-compete agreements. In addition, Ibrahim serves as a member on the firm’s Hiring Committee, and previously served a two-year term on the firm’s Associate Advisory Committee.

Ibrahim joined Harris Beach Murtha as an associate in 2016 after two years as a summer associate in 2014 and 2015. Before joining the firm, he served as a Judicial Extern for Hon. William M. Skretny in the United States District Court for the Western District of New York. He also interned in the New York State Division of Human Rights and the Monroe County District Attorney’s Office.
