Grace primarily specializes in the H-2A Visa Program, assisting U.S. agricultural and seasonal employers by drafting temporary need support letters and preparing/filing immigration applications and petitions with the U.S. Department of Labor and Unites States Citizenship and Immigration Services. Grace coordinates with agents in Mexico and Guatemala to ensure that seasonal workers obtain requisite visas in a timely manner. Grace also prepares compliance toolkits for employers to ensure compliance under the H-2A Program. In addition to her H-2A specialty, Grace also drafts and prepares H-2B petitions and collaborates within the EB-3 Perm Program.

Grace has extensive work experience in the field of immigration and is passionate about the field. She greatly enjoys collaborating with employers and employees to facilitate the often-complicated visa process. Grace graduated with a dual major in Spanish Literature/Language and Political Science and is fluent in Spanish, enabling her to communicate with Spanish-only speaking employees directly, maximizing efficiency in obtaining workers’ visas.

Grace previously worked as an Immigration Case Manager at the Office of Refugee Resettlement shelter at Berkshire Farm Center and Services for Youth, handling family reunification applications for unaccompanied minors. She holds a certificate for completion in Spanish Legal Interpreter Training.
