Tyler is a member of our Commercial Real Estate Practice Group, representing businesses, lenders, real estate developers and property owners in all aspects of commercial real estate matters. Harris Beach Murtha assists commercial real estate clients with shopping centers, hospitals, colleges, schools, office parks, retail establishments, industrial projects and more.

Prior to joining Harris Beach Murtha, Tyler gained legal experience and explored his passions in a variety of roles. After law school, Tyler worked as a residential real estate attorney serving the needs of lenders and underprivileged home buyers. He then refined his skills in a large residential real estate practice, regularly drafting and reviewing purchase and sale contracts, negotiating sales and purchases, reviewing inspection and title reports and drafting closing documents.

As a law clerk, he assisted with personal injury and small claims cases. Tyler also interned at 43North, an accelerator program researching and investing in small businesses to help bring new companies to Buffalo. There, he researched applicants for funding.
