McKensie specializes in a broad range of business immigration cases within the Immigration Practice Group. She is experienced in various nonimmigrant and immigrant matters, including, but not limited to, B-1/B-2, H-1B, L-1A/L-1B, O-1A/O-1B, R-1, TN, E-1/E-2/E-3, I-140 (EB-1/EB-2), National Interest Waivers, Adjustment of Status and Consular Processing.

McKensie also works on family-based immigration cases including I-130, I-751 and Naturalization. Additionally, she prepares Request for Evidence (RFE) responses and Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID) responses.

McKensie is conversational in Spanish, and she previously worked as a Community Ambassador at the Hudson County Latino Foundation, where she managed social service cases.
