Josh is a recent law school graduate and current law clerk assisting the Commercial Real Estate Practice Group.

As a law clerk, Josh has assisted institutional lenders in a multitude of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and refinances. He has gained hands on experience conducting due diligence and reviewing title reports, organizational documents, commercial leases and property surveys.

Prior to joining Harris Beach Murtha, Josh interned with a local midsize firm assisting the Employment and Labor Practice Group. He also served as a summer intern for the Nassau County Supreme Court, Civil Part.

At the Maurice A. Dean School of Law at Hofstra University, he was a notes editor for an interdisciplinary law journal, as well as a board member for the Hofstra Business Law Society.
