Aurora, who has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate and title industry, serves as the firm’s Title Counsel and Title Services Manager, performing title searches, issuing title insurance, managing escrow and overseeing the closing process.
Aurora’s journey began in private practice where she primarily focused on real estate transactions, representing mortgage lenders; estate planning and administration; business formation; and sales and acquisitions. After leaving private practice, Aurora gained substantial experience underwriting commercial and residential transactions as Underwriting Counsel at Stewart Title Insurance Company and Chicago Title Insurance Company for more than 10 years. She has worked with numerous law firms and lenders to assist with the closing of real estate transactions, providing guidance on sticky title issues and closing of escrows.
