Andrew focuses on representing clients in matters relating to commercial real estate transactions. He is experienced in establishing condominiums and homeowner’s associations in New York state, and has filed numerous offering plans, cooperative policy statement applications and no-action letters with the New York State Real Estate Finance Bureau.
Prior to joining Harris Beach Murtha, Andrew worked as a law clerk and attorney at a Buffalo area law firm, where he advised clients in several practice areas, including residential real estate, trusts and estates, and corporate law.
During law school, Andrew completed legal externships with the Erie County Surrogate’s Court and Daemen College Athletic Department Compliance office and interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of New York.
