Economic Development

Munesh represents state and local agencies and municipalities seeking to utilize their power of eminent domain/condemnation in connection with economic redevelopment projects, representing IDA’s and developers in connection with IDA assisted transactions and representing municipalities with annexation law and state sales tax distribution laws.
