Cristhian supports commercial real estate transactions, including the preparation of closing documentation, entity formation and governance, due diligence, title and survey review and real estate financing matters. He handles acquisitions, sales, leasebacks, easements and land conservation matters.

After receiving a law degree in Columbia, Cristhian worked at Rosario University’s legal clinic, providing representation in administrative and labor procedures. He built cases, settled contracts, examined witnesses, filed claims and more. Cristhian is bilingual, allowing him to serve diverse clientele.

Cristhian is currently pursuing a Master of Laws in U.S. Legal Studies at the University of Connecticut School of Law. Upon completion of the LL.M. program, he expects to satisfy the educational requirements to seek admission to the Connecticut Bar as a foreign-trained legal professional.
