As a member of the Mass Torts and Industry-Wide Litigation Practice Group, John supports a nationally recognized team that has worked on some of the most complex and precedent-setting mass torts filed in the past 30 years.

The Mass Torts and Industry-Wide Litigation Practice Group defends complex product liability and comprehensive general liability cases on behalf of domestic and foreign corporations, small and mid-sized businesses, property owners, contractors and individuals. The attorneys in the group litigate cases involving personal injury, property damage, industrial accidents, consumer products, industrial products, commercial products, FDA-regulated products, mass torts and more.

Before joining Harris Beach Murtha, John clerked for the Honorable Michael Antoniewicz in the New Jersey Superior Court. He conducted extensive legal research, prepared bench memoranda, drafted orders and opinions, and facilitated Small Claims and Landlord-Tenant settlements.

John has served as a legal extern, intern, law clerk, and summer associate in previous positions. John’s previous experience involved reviewing contracts, master service agreements, statements of work and other legal documents. He has drafted summary judgment motions, discovery motions and affidavits on medical malpractice and wrongful death cases. He has also assisted clients with domestic violence restraining orders and eviction proceedings.
