Pat represents a host of real estate developers, investors and commercial lending institutions, focusing on commercial real estate acquisitions, sales, leasing and finance. He also represents lenders and borrowers in corporate finance transactions, as well as municipalities and local government agencies in economic development projects and governmental law issues.

Since 1983, he has been engaged in public finance as bond counsel, underwriter’s and private placement agent’s counsel, letter of credit issuer’s counsel, trustee’s counsel and special transaction counsel.   He has been listed in the “Red Book” of nationally-recognized bond counsel for more than 20 years.  Pat is well-versed in New York municipal law, serving as counsel and special counsel to several localities and authorities.
