Cameron has a strong background in paralegal and legal administrative work. She is well-versed in an array of employment-based nonimmigrant visa petitions, including H-1B, TN, E-1, E-2, E-3, L-1, and O-1 classifications, and in both employment and family-based immigrant processes, including I-130, I-140 EB-2/EB-3, I-485 adjustments of status, NVC consular processing, I-751 and N-400 application/petitions.
In addition to prior business immigration experience, she previously volunteered as a Legal Research Assistant for the ACLU of Northern California, conducting detailed research and analysis of court documents and media accounts in support of a California Racial Justice Act challenge brought by a capital defendant.
Whether it is a family-based or an employment-based case process, Cameron finds it very meaningful to assist clients in navigating a complex immigration system with transparency, professionalism and empathy. She currently speaks proficient/conversational Italian to assist immigration clients who speak that language.
