Amy focuses on insurance coverage matters, particularly representations and warranties in connection with mergers and acquisition claims.
Prior to Harris Beach Murtha, Amy worked at a specialty transactional risk insurance broker, advising on, and negotiating, representations and warranties insurance policies for buyers and sellers.
While pursuing her legal education, Amy worked as a judicial intern in Chief Justice Budd’s chambers of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, and a legal intern in the Insurance & Financial Services Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office.
