Julia is an associate in the firm’s National Tier 1 Mass Torts and Industry-Wide Litigation team of experienced attorneys representing product manufacturers, distributors, and property owners in a variety of disputes, within the areas of cosmetic talcum powder, electrical equipment, automotive equipment and industrial machine/equipment litigations. She drafts pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and case evaluations, conducts depositions and assists in the preparation of experts and corporate witnesses for trial.
Julia also has experience managing a variety of cannabis law issues, including contract disputes, business conflicts, compliance matters, enforcement actions and civil litigations. She handles all aspects of litigating cannabis-centered legal issues, from pleadings to discovery to motion practice to trial, including pre-trial preparations and post-trial procedures. She also engages in all manners of alternative dispute resolution (ADR), including arbitration, mediation and administrative hearings. Julia also advises and counsels individuals and small businesses on beginning/continuing their business journey and thriving within the cannabis industry. She specializes in applying complex cannabis laws to everyday legal issues.
