Alex provides counsel on a broad range of commercial disputes and health care litigation on behalf of physicians, medical professionals, hospitals and health care organizations. She is a member of our Health Care and Business Litigation practice groups that represent clients ranging from global industry leaders to family businesses.
Alex’s practice is primarily focused on defending health care practitioners and institutions against professional liability claims. Her work also includes counseling health care clients on risk management, federal and state regulatory compliance, patient privacy laws, professional disciplinary matters, medical ethics and day-to-day operational needs. Her background in Bioethics allows her to service clients in biomedical research, health policy and administration, biotechnology, research with human subjects and public health.
In addition to her law degree from Syracuse University, Alexandra has a master’s degree in Bioethics/Medical Ethics from the Wake Forest University in North Carolina. Her education also includes time with the School for International Training in Kigali, Rwanda.
