Holley represents businesses across all industries – from global leaders to individual and family operations – in various types of business conflicts, ranging from minor disagreements to significant legal battles. She and her team regularly represent publicly traded companies, privately held businesses, private equity firms and not-for-profit organizations in state and federal trial and appellate courts, mediations, arbitrations and administrative investigations and proceedings.

Holley previously served more than 20 years as a trial attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice/Office of the United States Trustee, where she routinely litigated and negotiated complex legal, financial and business issues. Her deep experience includes numerous high-profile Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, as well as Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases involving denial of discharge and dismissal based upon abuse resulting in prevention of discharge of over $40 million in debt. Holley also served as a liaison to the U.S. Attorney’s Office and provided assistance with criminal prosecutions related to debtors and other individuals.

Holley’s background also includes creditors’ rights litigation and foreclosure cases on behalf of commercial lenders in state and federal court, as well as managing an East Coast environmental litigation docket for a multi-national energy company consisting of several dozen cases with exposure of over $50 million in liability.
