Matt assists attorneys at all stages of various commercial real estate matters, including acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing transactions. His experience includes preparing conveyance documents, leases and loan documents; reviewing title and survey materials; analyzing contracts; preparing and reviewing corporate entity documents; submitting zoning applications; and researching state and local laws.

Matt is currently enrolled in the J.D. program at the Quinnipiac University School of Law.

Prior to joining the firm, Matt had professional experience in the field of education and as a residential real estate agent.
