Josephine helps clients in a wide array of industries ensure financial restructuring, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights issues are resolved to their best benefit. She represents creditors, debtors and trustees in bankruptcy proceedings, and primarily creditors in workout, foreclosure and creditors’ rights litigation. Her team also assists bankruptcy trustees and examiners, indenture trustees and other fiduciaries in all areas of disputes.

While at the Northeastern University School of Law, Josephine was a member of the National Appellate Moot Court Competition Team. She also served as student attorney for the Public Health Advocacy Clinic and worked as a teaching assistant for Torts and Contracts.
