Zachary Gregoricus, a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy practice, recently co-authored an article on how to handle bankruptcy issues in civil litigation for the Boston Bar Journal. The article, titled ”’Stay’ Alert: Tips for Dealing with Bankruptcy Issues in Civil Litigation,” outlines important key practices that civil litigators can employ to address challenges posed by bankruptcy proceedings while protecting their clients’ interests and adhering to the Bankruptcy Code.
Zachary is a litigator in the firm’s Boston office and has extensive experience representing clients in complex business litigation and insolvency matters in federal and state courts throughout Massachusetts. He maintains a robust bankruptcy practice as well and routinely serves as counsel to Chapter 7 trustees and creditors in a wide variety of complex adversary proceedings and contested matters.
