Terrance P. Flynn, who leads the firm’s Government Compliance and Investigations Practice Group, spoke with Long Island Business News for a story on crisis communications and the dual benefits attorneys provide to help clients navigate legal risks and also offer PR strategy to protect a reputation.
According to the article, Terry noted there are, “clear situations for hiring an attorney with a known reputation both inside the courtroom and outside during a time of crisis.”
“As a former United States attorney… I’m often asked to be the spokesperson and avoid the company having a CEO or a general counsel speaking,” Terry said. “Media can say, ‘I know him—I’ve dealt with him for many years.”
