An all-English radio station in Seoul, South Korea turned to Partner L.J. D’Arrigo, co-leader of the Harris Beach Immigration Law Practice Group, for help in understanding the U.S. H2B visa program for temporary worker visas. L.J. was interviewed on “This Morning,” a current affairs program that airs live five days a week. The interview’s focus concerned the Biden Administration’s decision to increase the number of available visas this year.

The Harris Immigration Law Practice Group includes immigration attorneys working across New York state in Albany, Buffalo, New York City, Rochester and Syracuse. The team focuses on strategies – including immigrant visas for permanent U.S. resident status and temporary visas for foreign nationals – to ensure that companies are able to hire, transfer, and retain non-U.S. talent.
