Erie County Executive Mark C. Poloncarz announced a working group of local attorneys and judges who will analyze how Erie County currently provides indigent defense.

Harris Beach Partner Hon. Erin Peradotto, NYS Supreme Court Justice (retired) is a member of the group tasked to study ways to provide the highest quality criminal defense and Family Court representation through the most cost-effective process. Peradotto is a member of the firm’s national Appellate Practice Group.
