The 2024 edition of Chambers USA, America’s Leading Lawyers for Business has ranked Murtha Cullina’s Massachusetts Bankruptcy/Restructuring and Construction practices as leading practices in the state.

The publication describes Murtha Cullina’s Bankruptcy/Restructuring practice as, “adept at handling contentious and noncontentious matters for businesses, lenders and trustees. The practice is experienced in insolvency and distressed finance situations affecting companies in a range of sectors.
