Associates Jaimie L. Russell and Matthew A. Pesce have joined Murtha Cullina’s team of highly experienced litigators, continuing the firm’s expansion of its legal services. Both Jaimie and Matt have experience litigating in a multitude of industries and fields and advise clients through all stages of litigation.

In her practice, Jaimie L. Russell conducts in-depth legal research and crafts effective litigation strategies, navigating the complexities of several cases at once and securing favorable outcomes for clients. She has experience as an insurance defense litigation attorney, a civil litigation attorney and a securities attorney focused on Securities/FINRA law. She practices in Murtha Cullina’s Hartford office.
Matthew A. Pesce has considerable experience handling complex bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters in a diverse array of industries including health care, construction, retail and hospitality. He advises clients through all stages of litigation and represents them in both federal and state court. Matthew works in Murtha’s Stamford office.
