Several news outlets and professional organizations reported Harris Beach Murtha’s announcement about Senior Counsel Holley L. Claiborn joining the firm’s Business Litigation Practice Group.

Law360 discussed Holley’s addition after serving as a trial attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice/Office of the United States Trustee for more than twenty years, where she routinely litigated and negotiated complex legal, financial and business issues.

“I was looking for a new opportunity to use my skills in a different setting, and I wanted to find a home with people that I respected and had good quality work, and that’s what this firm provides,” Holley said in an interview with Law360. “I’ve worked with a number of people from Harris Beach Murtha over the years, more on the Murtha end, and they’ve all been fantastic. I thought this was a good fit more me, for what I wanted to do and how I wanted to do it, and the environment I want to do it in.”
