Albany attorney Meaghan Feenan was recently honored with the 2022 Rising Star Fellowship from the New York State Bar Association Trust & Estates Law Section. The fellowship recognizes attorneys with between 3 and 6 years of relevant legal experience, and provides the opportunity for the honoree to serve on the Trusts & Estates Section Executive Committee and increase engagement in the New York trusts and estates community – including speaking and publishing opportunities within the NYSBA Trusts & Estates Section.  

Meaghan is a member of the business and commercial litigation practice group and focuses her practice on trusts and estates litigation in Surrogate’s Court. She litigates accounting disputes, will contests, drafts petitions and civil pleadings, performs complex research, defends objections and dispositive motions and has experience handling large-scale discovery productions. She is familiar with both civil practice and Surrogate’s Court procedure.
