Harris Beach Murtha Partner Daniel Gimmel recently spoke with Law360 about joining Harris Beach Murtha’s Business Litigation Practice Group.
“Harris Beach Murtha has a well-established reputation, and I am thrilled to be a part of the firm’s growing litigation group,” Dan told Law360 Pulse. “Tapping into a platform with attorneys working across the Northeast opens opportunities for my practice, and I look forward to working with my Harris Beach Murtha colleagues to help our clients navigate various complex issues and challenges.”
The article discussed Daniel’s background before joining the firm and noted he will represent individuals and family offices, businesses, financial institutions, hedge funds and private equity firms in commercial litigation and internal matters involving joint ventures, complex business transactions, commercial loans, real estate and other matters.
He’s also handled securities litigation and enforcement matters in the financial services industry involving the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
