Harris Beach Murtha has been selected as a recipient of the Long Island Business News 2025 Real Estate, Architecture & Engineering Award – Top Smart Growth Project for The Royal Blue in Mineola.

Partner and Real Estate Developers Industry Team co-leader Jack M. Martins provided counsel to the developers of The Royal Blue, a newly built luxury apartment building located about a quarter mile from Mineola’s Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) station. The apartments are part of a continuing trend toward “transit-oriented development” in Long Island towns and villages that provide residents easy access to LIRR stations.

The Real Estate, Architecture & Engineering Awards recognize the region’s most creative and outstanding projects and transactions within the last year in addition to celebrating the individuals and companies who are changing Long Island through design, construction, project management, lending, innovation and more.
