Hall, an associate in that group, were recently featured in “For The Defense,” a legal magazine produced by The Defense Institute. Their article is entitled “Fitness Companies Flex with Dismissal in New York UCC Elastic Band Case.” It analyzed a New York Appellate Division, First Department case that issued dismissals to a sporting goods retailer and manufacturer.
