Gender identity and expression are an important and expanding focus for inclusion and diversity efforts in the workplace. More employers are thinking carefully about appropriate policies and practices, especially as the law continues to evolve. Partner Sara Visingard spoke to the Rochester Business Journal for an article in its special section on inclusion and diversity.
