The Harris Beach Energy Industry Team welcomes Elyssa H. Klein as an associate attorney. In this role, Elyssa provides counsel on issues pertaining to government regulatory compliance and related matters. Our Energy Industry Team represents generation and transmission owners, energy facility developers, real estate developers, retail energy providers, large commercial and industrial customers, and governmental entities.

Elyssa most recently served as an Appellate Court Attorney for the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Appellate Division, Fourth Department, where she worked on civil, criminal, and family law cases. She is a 2019 summa cum laude graduate of the Albany Law School, where she was managing editor of the Albany Law Review. She also served as a summer law intern with the Professional Responsibility Advisory Office at the U.S. Department of Justice.
