For the second consecutive year, The Daily Record of Western New York has named Partners Neal Slifkin and Jim Muldoon to its Power 20 Intellectual Property List. Neal works out of our Rochester office and is a partner in our intellectual property law group while Jim works out of the Syracuse office and leads the IP Law group. The Daily Record notes that IP lawyers “help clients make sure their clients’ inventions, writing, music, designs and other works are protected” and that a “at a time when innovative ideas are more important than ever, these lawyers have guided clients through stressful and uncertain times to keep their portfolios on solid footing.” Neal and Jim both shared thoughts on the profession and some of their biggest successes of the past year in the Daily Record article about this year’s Power 20 list (subscription may be required.)
