Partner Keith M. Corbett and Associate Stephanie L. Tanzi of our Long Island office successfully defended the second-largest village in New York State in a wrongful prosecution case where the plaintiff served 23 years in prison. The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York dismissed all claims against the village, preventing significant damages from being awarded.
