The New York State Office of the Medicaid Inspector General (“OMIG”) recently updated its Self-Disclosure Guidance and Instructions, and issued updated FAQs on Self-Disclosures. The January 2024 publications supersede OMIG’s previously issued guidance on self-disclosures.
