Syracuse partner and Intellectual Property Practice Team member Brendan Palfreyman recently joined the Come at Me Brew podcast, a show that covers what’s happening in the world of craft beer. He discussed his interest in craft beer and how he parlayed his craft brewing hobby into a specialty within his legal practice, having supported nearly 200 craft breweries.
Brendan touched on what breweries need to do to protect themselves and protect their brand in terms of licensing, leasing, company formation, contracts, labor and employment practices and trademarking/copyrighting.
