On July 26, counsel Vincent Merola will present at the Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce program, "Data Privacy Laws & Small Business: What You Need to Know."
The presentation will cover An Act Concerning Personal Data Privacy and Online Monitoring (CTDPA) and what small business owners – and anyone who has a website that collects personally identifiable information (PII) from their visitors – need to know, including consumer rights, business obligations and best practices to comply.
