Session Overview:
We will share best practices and how to respond to and to protect your interests “When the Government Comes Knocking.” In this program, we will discuss what organizations need to consider when the government approaches you and also discuss various strategies to prepare for such situations.

Terry and Dawn, a former United States Attorney and a former Senior Network Analyst at a large financial institution, have spent their careers advising businesses, non-profits and individuals how to react and prepare ahead of time for government inquiries.

We will address such topics as subpoenas, civil investigation demands, legal hold notices, what constitutes privilege, the data perspective, and the role of a D & O Policy.
