On November 14, Litigation and Construction partner Sara Bryant participated on a panel for the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) webcast, "Understanding & Negotiating Commercial Construction Contracts."
The panel discussed drafting key construction contract provisions and using those provisions in the context of litigation. Additionally, they explained several key Massachusetts statutes which have a direct impact on the extent and enforceability of construction contract provisions and provided insight on various negotiation strategies.
