On October 24, partner Bob Kaelin will speak at the ICSC+U.S. Law conference in Orlando, Florida. He will present alongside Allyson McKinstry of Crowell & Moring LLP and David P. Vallas of Polsinelli PC on the topic, “Advanced Lease Defaults: It’s Not Over Until It’s Over” in General Session 05.
This general session will explore lease defaults and help landlords and tenants understand their rights and remedies upon default, dispel some common misunderstandings and offer suggestions about how to improve the language of their leases.
