Harris Beach Murtha Trusts and Estates Partner Richard Marone will join West Hartford Probate Judge Owen P. Eagan for a public, four-part panel discussion, titled “Understanding Probate: Estate Taxation and Trusts,” and cover the taxation of the probate estate, as well as the federal and state exemptions that apply. The session will also cover how to effectively use trusts. The session takes place on November 4th at the Noah Webster Library in West Hartford, CT.
