Labor & Employment chair Patricia Reilly will present the CBIA webinar "Essential Skills for Supervisors & Managers" on October 3.

Tricia will present on managing gender issues in the workplace and discuss how best to respond to employee complaints and how to distinguish between minor co-worker conflict and potential harassment.

She will also address common issues that arise with workers who identify as LGBTQIA+, including bathroom accommodations, co-worker hostility, dress codes and inappropriate customer demands.

Other topics that will be explored by the event’s speakers include building a positive workplace culture and tackling employee absenteeism.
