Harris Beach Murtha’s Brian Ginsberg recently moderated a panel discussion on recent decisions of the New York State Court of Appeals and what cases may be headed its way. Harris Beach Murtha’s Lisa LeCours was a panelist.

The discussion delved into commercial and white-collar criminal cases — both through review of recent decisions and preview of cases remaining on the Court’s docket. It also highlighted lower-court cases that may be headed to the Court in the near future.

Brian, chair of the Appellate Practice Group at Harris Beach Murtha, is former Assistant New York State Solicitor. Lisa Lis the Court’s former chief clerk and legal counsel. Other panelists included Victor Paladino of the Office of the New York State Solicitor General and Tim Hoover of Hoover & Durland LLP.
