Mark DeGiacomo, chair of the Litigation practice, and Bob Kaelin, co-chair of the Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights practice spoke at the American Bankruptcy Institute Northeast Bankruptcy Conference last week.
Mark moderated a panel discussion on avoidance actions that analyzed several recent and potentially controversial issues. Bob moderated a session on involuntary bankruptcies.
Bob has been a longtime volunteer of the ABI, holding several leadership roles within the organization.
The firm was also a sponsor of the opening cocktail reception.
