Attorneys L.J. D’Arrigo and Eboné Luciano will both present at the Hartford Business Journal’s 2025 Legislative Session Recap on June 24, 2025. The event will gather political leaders and experts to discuss the rapidly changing policies, at the state and federal level, that are impacting businesses today.
L.J. is a partner and leads the firm’s Immigration Practice, where he specializes in corporate and professional immigration involving the full suite of employment-based immigrant (NIW, Outstanding Researcher, Extraordinary Ability, Multi-National Manager, PERM) and non-immigrant petitions (H-1B, H-2, O-1, L-1, E, TN, J-1), as well as all family-based immigration processes.
Eboné is a member of the Labor and Employment Practice Group and focuses on employment law and litigation, including responding to complaints at the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities, the New York State Division of Human Rights and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She litigates matters in state and federal court, representing clients at mediations and hearings and conducting investigations.
