Jeff Storch will join a panel at the NYGFOA Downstate Spring South 2022 event on May 24. The panel will discuss the topic of Energy Performance Contracts from A to Z. A description of the session and a list of all panelists is below.

Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) is an innovative financing technique that uses cost savings from reduced energy consumption to repay the cost of installing energy conservation measures.  These contracts are becoming increasingly popular in the public sector. 

This session will go in-depth into how these contracts work, the legal and regulatory requirements which need to be addressed, and learn about one public sector entity’s experiences with energy performance contracts.
