Dom Conoshenti, Associate in the firm’s Mass Torts and Industry-side Litigation practice group, will serve as a guest speaker during a CUNY School of Law Summer Law Institute session. Dom will present an interactive lecture on Mass Tort and Product Liability Litigation, and preside over a mock oral argument on a product liability fact pattern. The session will be presented to students from Legal Outreach, an organization that provides law-based curriculum and programs to under-served high school students in New York City.
