Dan Cohn, a Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights practice partner, attended the American College of Bankruptcy’s Class 35 Induction Ceremony and National Meetings from March 21-23 in Washington, D.C. A fellow of the College and chair of its Bankruptcy Policy Committee, Dan presented at a CLE panel on the subject of “Legislation Addressing Nonconsensual Third-Party Releases in Chapter 11 Bankruptcy.”
Dan previously served on the College’s national Board of Directors and as its regent for the First Circuit. His practice centers on financially distressed companies and their creditors.
