A discussion with Brian Ginsberg, partner at Harris Beach PLLC. Mr. Ginsberg will discuss his long tenure with the office of the NYS Solicitor General. This elite unit of the NYS Attorney general’s office is responsible for representing the State’s many administrative agencies and officials in their most significant appeals, including appeals in the NYS Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States.
