Brian Ginsberg, Partner and leader of the Appellate Practice Group and former Assistant New York State Solicitor General, and Lisa LeCours, Partner and former New York State Court of Appeal Chief Clerk and Legal Counsel will join a panel of experienced New York State Court of Appeals practitioners for an upcoming event titled, “The Business, Commercial, and White-Collar Decisions of New York State Court of Appeals,” on Tuesday, February 24, 2026.

Panelists will discuss of some of the Court’s recent significant business, commercial, and white-collar criminal cases. The panelists will review decisions already issued during the 2025-2026 term, preview cases remaining on the Court’s docket, and highlight lower-court cases that may be headed to the Court in the near future.
